I bought mine online from The Roundhouse site yesterday.
A mate of mine filmed quite a bit of the Birmingham gig, including all 15 mins or so of Curtain Call, quite some feat. This is a link to his youtube channel, and aswell as The Damned, there's also some Stranglers, Killing Joke etc.
