Yes that's true. It would be great if the Stranglers could at least release a single for now before the album comes out.

We have no Idea if the new Material is even ready for release. The lack of any Updates is frustrating.

Shame they didn't do a Laidblack 2 kind of album really to keep us happy. Too late now though. :(

Not for me I'm afraid . Accoustic and too many of those jazz things ( one is one too many IMO ) .
All quiet ..........

It wouldn't have to be acoustic or jazzy. Just live different versions of some material would be good.

Who would fund this Release and would it even break even?

You'd think the band has got a big enough following for it to do well but I've got no idea how much it costs to release a live recorded album. Also would it have to be physical release even? Obviously it would be cheaper if it was just released online on Spotify etc.

Here it is on Spotify, I think it's the best so far of the three released from the new EP. It's punchy, got a good hook and is probably the punkiest thing they've done since some of the more throwaway tracks on SWP.

On the midweek charts the Damned are at number 59!
According to data received by Captain they were actually at number 1 on Saturday, pretty cool.

If you're thinking about getting the new Damned EP, now is the time to do it to make it count...
