I like both equally.

Gave Euroman its 1st vote............
so it wouldn't be so one sided.

Euroman Cometh - I listen to that more than quite a few Stranglers' LPs although I have to admit that I prefer Fire and Water to any other spin-off "product"!

"Freddie Laker" was a great single as well - a song that really does deserve to be heard again live. Maybe JJ can update it for the new Stranglers' album and call it "Stelios"!!

Euroman is the better album, although hughs is a better concept and art design.

Its the bass riffs and melodies that take it a cut above nosferatu. I suppose it was intended to be a soundtrack though so obviously it has a different mood. The drum beats are best on nosferatu and the moog and other synth lines give it a nice touch, also the different collaborations.

Im not too sure about the home organ accompaniment drums on euroman, kraftwerk were using them pretty much ten years before jj did this, so it wasnt exactly as cutting edge as jj made it out to be.
Cnut ? I think you're mistaken, it's CUNT.

Well, it's early days but 'Euroman' is the clear leader so far!

On the original poll (see previous link) it finished about evens.
