People who deliberately don't allow room for you to pass them on pavements, particularly men,students and smokers holding a lit cigarette.
People who deliberately let doors close on you in shops and public buildings. I also hate seeing the elderly on the receiving end of this behaviour and can't make out whether it is due to a lack of consideration or outright antagonism. Men appear to be the worst offenders, almost scared to show weakness by giving way.
