Just under £5 a bottle at Majestic. The 2009 one that is. It is from Chile.
Fabulous. Just rolls down the throat. The label at Majestic recommends it be drunk with heavy pasta dishes or red meat but alone it is gorgeous. Just bent one bottle and now moving onto the second. And the take-away isn't being delivered for another hour.

Have a nice night mate.
I'm afraid it's Mr. Feckin Penguin's Poppers tonight for me.

Had that last weekend - Don't they support wetland reserves or something? Not bad. Got some Rioja on the go tonight - Tesco's did JD "Gentleman's Jack" for under twenty notes so that accidently fell into my trolley and might get an airing later.

I tried some of this at a party recently and it is excellent. Tesco are doing cases of it at just under £30 per box (of six bottles). This represents superb value for money. The wine is perfectly fine on its own or with kebabs, curry and pasta dishes. I commend it to you.
