BBC Glasto coverage

Post by Toiler On The Sea »

What an utter shambles.

The usual crap BBC offering, why don't they just give up.

I saw the documentary on Live Aid the other week and they spoke of the BBCs' dire attempt there. They have learned nothing.

BBCi gave the choice of 4 feeds, and instead of giving us the main stages with full sets from the bands on, they had some crap presenters spouting pish and doing interviews.

It's about the music surely.

What does anyone else think?
"They don’t come much better than The Stranglers when performing live; there is no pretence, no hiding place, just superb music"

Liverpool Sound and Vision March 8th 2013.

The whoe idea of Glastenbury was to bring MUSIC to the masses, not TALKING. It is typical BBC nonsense - they seem to feel that they need to justify ther presence at the gig by having a presenter there. Once the presenter is there, they need to do something ... and hence the bollocks that they talk.

Let's get back to basicas and hear the music.
