£82.50 to see Robbie Williams, any takers?
Can't believe anyone would pay £82.50p to see the abomination that is Robbie Williams, only saw how much tickets were due to Morbid Fascination,You would have to pay me a lot of money
just to hear one song of him live.Makes me appreciate the music I follow.

Robbie Williams is a fanny. he does all this 'supposed' work for charity then charges that for a fkn ticket. I'd go, but only if you could garantee a wee red dot would appear on his forehead during angels....then....boom splat

I'm not a violent person but your idea is good? I would personally just drop him in The Serengeti with a copy of "Angels" for protection.sewer rat wrote:Robbie Williams is a fanny. he does all this 'supposed' work for charity then charges that for a fkn ticket. Isn't he our most successful male solo artist now? How he can be more successful than Hugh Cornwell is beyond me!

I think the people who go and see him are people who don't like music,I may sound like a musical snob, maybe I am? who cares?jason wrote:Isn't he our most successful male solo artist now? How he can he be more successful than Hugh Cornwell is beyond me!

Each to their own,but It's sad that a twat like Williams can be so popular for such shit music.Hugh has the talent but a small crowd
who love what he does.

It's entertainment, that's all.
Why get upset about it?
It's like X Factor etc. It's just money making in the entertainment sector.
But don't forget, when EMI or somesuch have a monster star like Williams, he generates loads of cash that they plough back into the industry so they can sign bands and work with them.
Shirley Bassey - in the 70's. Sold millions for United Artists. So when UA heard of this band of dirty scruffy oiks called The Stranglers, they no doubt said "yeah, we can take a punt". And it paid off for them.
It's how the industry works. It's how they make money and recycle it.
Butlins redcoat he may be.
Stranglers Tribute act anyone? Because to some that's how they are seen.
Perspective is a glorious thing. We can all be right all of the time!!
