My annual award for crap service-Ticket Master.

Ok my annual award for crap service of the legal kind goes to Ticket Master.A few weeks ago I tried to find the cheapest ticket price for Hugh & JCC at Manchester Ritz.

I found Ticket Master was a bit cheaper than Ticket Web even though it's the same company.I booked a ticket,had confirmation of transaction etc.I wen't for the fast ticket

option Ie:You print it yourself.So I booked in to my account tried to print ticket,it came up with an error message,"Please contact Customer Service" about your booking.

So on Saturday I rang Ticket Master,after 20 mins listening to some wimpy warbling music on hold,I eventually spoke to a human being,i told him the problem,he said

he would email me the link,well what a surprise no email from Ticket Master and no email.So today another 20 minute call or longer,I spoke to another human being?

I told him the problem,he said he would send a link so I could print the ticket off,surprise surprise,no email or ticket link.Really pissed off by this crap service,wish

i'd of opted for postal delivery? But I thought the fast Ticket option was safer Ie: not getting lost in the post.Pissed of in the Shires.

I think going to see Hugh these days is the main problem - fucking awful !

you will be taking? "He replied your email keeps on bouncing back when we try to email you,and I will have to pass it to the account supervisor.So I am back to square one,they promise
to ring me and never do,and the crap about my email not working? It seems to work for Pehaligon's,Linkedin,Tesco direct,Civil Service,Gak,Trumpers and many others.I will be travelling
up from Salisbury for the gig and the last thing I want is arriving at the venue and some meat head bouncer not letting me in,if that were to happen my Serengeti Lion instincts would kick
in.God help them.

Took my wife a year and about twenty phone calls to cancel her Vodafone contract and get back £200 they owed her. Because she had the nerve to cancel the direct debit on the contract she had cancelled she went on a bad debtors list. If it was Vodafone or nothing I would learn semaphore.
I can't help getting old. I just refuse to grow up.
