Fish supper etiquette
Should you soak your fish in vinegar before the salt for efficiency and enhanced flavour? If so, pickled onion vinegar or regular?

That's a positive responce for vineger before salt then? Mr Radley edited my original post, I was baiting a malicious threatening forumster who has threatened me on here. Tons of salt, then vinegar then a ton more salt to replace what the vinegar washed away, always pickled onion vinegar if available, oh and a squeeze of lemon for good measure....
