Fuckin hell, yes! What an absolute shithole that place is! I've been once which says it all. Think it was back in '86 with Shaun Oliver, my old mate from Nottingham. He took me to see this lesser known punk band called Red Letter Day. They were wank, however Basingstoke was even more wank! Resembled a huge industrial estate, and a shite one at that!
