So true. You can go like the clappers on my Wheelchair Racer. Downhill earlier, I got to about 21mph and there's only 1 brake on it, on the very small front wheel, so I may loose a lot of weight as I go down larger hills

Holy Fuck, went out on the track this morning and was wiped out after 90 minutes. Aiming for a 5k Race in September in Bournemouth

My shoulders and arms are killing me right now, so I'm dreading what's gonna happen tomorrow morning. I better get off to the gym now to loosen myself up or else.

Mind you, my coach saw me in my car and went ohhhhh... The Stranglers. They still going???
