When I was at infant school,my task was to deliver the milk to my class In a red crate as I was tall child,It used to smell like sick, but good for you.Bring It back "free milk in your coffee breaks".

Kids today would not be allowed to carry crates of milk with small glass milk bottles.
Heath and saftey would go mad.

I was also a milk monitor at primary school.
It was my first taste of redundancy. :)

[quote="unbroken69"]Iain you're quite welcome to debunk anything I say. Ukip policies or the lack thereof are quite easily destroyed.

I know, I know, there's always a well rehearsed rebuttal....but the problem is people are tired of listening to it from Labour socialist types, and after a decade of being shouted down as racist, little Englanders etc for daring to question Europe those cries are now falling on deaf ears. Next years European elections should be interesting.

It was David Cameron who described UKIP as "fruitcakes, loonies and closet racists", although he was wrong about the closet bit.

There is a real debate to have about Europe, but it's not one that should be conducted only by the current rampant right wing populism that is stmying proper debate. You almost perfectly demonstrate that point with a rather juvenile attack on socialism. The reality is that every social democratic principle is under attack from the right wing press and its puppets in the political arena and to read some of the comment in the papers regarding the very centrist Labour Party, you would think Ed MIliband was Karl Marx.

I see Ukip’s leader is on a "Common Sense" tour this month. Next month the Kim Jong Un diplomacy master class series.

If the level of your debate about UKIP is that they're racist, you're stuck in the past....on a similar level to Gordon Brown describing that oul doll as an old bigot.
It doesn't work any more. No-ones interested raging left wing guff. We've all witnessed the mess that is the EU and happily, more and more are speaking up and looking out.
All the shrill cries to drown out dissenting voices are falling on deaf ears now.

Being from the valley's, i've just spent the longest time ever trying to explain my thoughts - going into the miners strike etc - with a reasonable view, without success. So i don't really know if she was good in the long term on not. best estimate? - she was a ****
