I've looked forward to this day for years now,
and now it's happened it does feel a bit meh.
It should have happened years ago; when we all
(well, most of the folk I know anyway) remembered
better the evilness of the cunt, and why we hated her,
celebrated with fireworks, a holiday weekend (for those
of us still with jobs) and a jubilant ceremony directed by a
pissed up Danny Boyle.
Or, better still, Frankie Boyle.

I don't care that she's dead.

Whilst some of the personal vitriol on this board & elsewhere isn't what I would say, I can fully understand it. At the time, many said they'd be happy to dance on her grave when she died, she was a 'marmite' character. The news media are gushing in their praise with only a token interview with those who didn't like her.
