Pets at Home - Watchdog investigation.
Glad to see 'Pets at Home' finally exposed for what they really are - a set of corporate wankers lining their pockets at the expense of animal welfare. Pets at Home? Pets at Risk more like!

I saw on the London news the other night African run market stalls in London actually illegally selling rats to eat

I have no axe to grind or otherwise with Pets at Home. However I thought the Watchdog feature was pretty poor to be honest. Are they expected to sell hamsters with a 12 month guarantee? Shit happens as they say.
It was pointed out to me during the programme that the second 'motorbike' presenter guy from rogue traders was missing. Turns out he's just been busted for benefit fraud!

No, but they ARE expected to treat them humanely. Not a lot to ask from a company who claim to 'put pets first'.icecube wrote:Are they expected to sell hamsters with a 12 month guarantee?

There's a gap in the market there then.
