Very sad news. A lot of brilliant and influential musicians/artist have been passing away recently. He was a GREAT guitarist!

FFS I Worshipped Gary Moore in the 80's, he was one of my fave guitar players, he could play beautiful ballads then the next minute rip your head off with some intense shredding.
I first saw him at Donnington Monsters Of Rock back in 1984, he played 'Parisenne Walkways' and hit this one note and sustained it for about a minute, it was incredible, so moving and brought a tear to me eye, I tried to make sure my mates didn't notice me virtually crying, perhaps they were feeling the same way too though?
