My daughter is 16 and is probably going to spend her last New Year with us, as next year she will probably want to go out with mates and dates to celebrate. So, this year it's gonna be a Wii night, followed by Monopoly and then a bit of Jools Holland. Our son (11) is looking forward to Jools Holland as he is getting into music a lot more now. We bought our son and daughter tickets for The Specials. It will be Tom's 1st gig and he is looking forward to it. Jennys was The Stranglers back in 2006 at The Pavillion in Bournemouth (Excellent gig) and she has seen them twice since, with my wife and loves them.

But tonight, is going to be cream soda, pringles, wii, monopoly and giggles

Staying in with family as well, just had my family Crimbo dinner(I was away

) with Mrs TOTS, JJ & Ems, with Jet hanging aroound for any scraps.

A couple of bottles, see the bells in then probably bed by 0030.

Spent the day tidying and preparing Hogmany dinner as my other half was working today.
Don't worry about your daughter wanting to spend next new year away as
my two (20 and 18) are still hanging around with us tonight.
Getting ready now to go to the local and then to the car park in the centre of the village
to bring in the bells with many of our friends and neighbours.
It may sound naff, but it can be the only time for seeing people I haven't seen since last new year.
After that it'll be back to either ours or friends till the wee late hours.
Party tomorrow afternoon if my body allows.

We were having a get together but flu and ignorant tossers ie late cancellations mean we've had to cancel. Going into town for a meal instead with the wife and daughter then it's back home for red wine & Jools and a possible shag!
