Manchester's 'curry mile'

Post by Paul »

seems like the famous 'curry mile' in Manchester is only a stroll from the venue (academy of course)
there is quite a lot of choice and I've been reading some reviews on various restaurants.
some are less than favourable, to say the least. So, not wishing violent illness on myself or my gigging companions - can anyone recomend a good one.

i always go to lal'quila. verry nice indeed. try the tandoori chops, they put them on a sizzling plate smother them in fried onions and peppers and it comes with a sauce of your choice. absotively posolutely brilliant
