Amazing how Sherwood has turned them around. Spurs should have kept him.

Arsenal with simply on a different planet during that game and probably would have Beaten Chelsea, Barcelona, Brazil playing like they did on Saturday. Tim Sherwood is a good coach but this wasn't his team and once gets shot of some of the rubbish and offloads "star" players who no longer want to play for the club then they may improve as well as the club being run properly by a new regime.

There is still big question marks over his tactical ability as a Premiership manager. Although he certainly deserves a chance at Villa, when he took over it wasn't hard to see what he needed to do which was start playing with a more positive attitude. He signed Sinclair, his player, but rather oddly kept him on the bench for the final. Not that he would've made a difference as Arsenal were just superior to Villa on every level. The gap in class was clearly evident.

I did get a chuckle from Dion Dublin who suggested in the match build up that if both Villa and Arsenal played at their best, them Villa would win. Poor Dion must've thought it was 1981. :smt006

I feel we could be going down.
I just carnt see us getting a run of wins together.
Im starting to worry about the clubs future under the current chairman.

Dark days are looming.

I'm Spurs so things are looking good thanks! Villa should have given Sherwood more time though.
