No Suite 16 or Norfolk Coast though.
Re: Spotify
And no Wolf or CCW by Hugh Cornwell either.
Re: Spotify
Oh right it's part of that compilation.

You can sign up for free, and just have to listen to 1 advert every 10 songs - big deal?
Or 99p for 24 hours access, or £9.99 for a full months access.
Just remember it's streaming music - not downloaded, but with so much to listen to, who cares?
Then i noticed you posted it in 2009 lol
Re: Spotify
I've only recently paid for it. The free service is good but gets frustrating after a while. It's great for checking out bands and albums. It must stop a lot people from buying some albums too though. Especially on albums that you would have gambled your money on.

I have the family version, 5 subsciptions for £14.99.
Like Jim I have discovered so much through it.
Just reading the latest Baz interview, with the ACDC , Neil Young albums he mentioned, you can listen to it immediately.
I would however say that I make a point of buying CDs by new bands if I like the music, as the renumeration Spotify gives is piss poor.
I do wonder if I am propping up the whole rotten sysem, which may discourage talent to go into music, if they feel like they can't earn a living from it?

Re: Spotify
I keep meaning to give this a go, I might have a look.
Surprised to hear people on here moaning because Stranglers albums aren't on - haven't you all got every different variant of every album they've released, without paying again to hear it?

It's great for making your own playlists too.

Re: Spotify
The "Discover Weekly" and "Release Radar" playlists are pretty cool as well. The algorithms they use aren't bad.
