Eric if you spend over £60 at Cloggs when you check out try entering a promo code of Aug05 I think you get a fiver off. Not 100% sure though. I always order me doc boots from them.

Great idea with the links Jim,but playing devils advocate (again) I will not be buying shuggies book, and purchases from the other sites will cost me more than it would cost you lot! What else can I do to help the cause?p.s. are you getting a backhander from shugs management for promotion? :p :D :booze: :booze:

Good idea Jim. I use amazon UK a fair bit for stuff I can't get in Canada so I'll just do it through the site..never been on 101CD before....looks good.

Thanks

used to use 101cd quite a bit they have some rare stuff - not sure about the prices. If people give feedback on their experiences with these affiliates I will dump any that are not satisfactory. That said I`ve selected them as I`ve dealt with most of them in the past and prices are generally good along with service so we should be fine.

I mean you can`t beat a company like Amazon. The other week I ordered some books and sent one back and my excuse for the return was something like "As soon as I`d placed the order I`d gone off the book so I`m returning it for a refund" 2 days later the money was back in my account!

Yep that`s the strongest contender in my mind. What does everyone else think?

Rather than be cancer-specific, what about cancer in general and give to something like Cancer Research?

(And just for the record, my grandfather died of Prostate Cancer and I did my Faith Band concert in aid of it and donated over £100 to them so nothing against it at all.)

I have ordered loads of CDs from 101CD in the past - lots of Strangs imports, etc. Quite often had to wait and they weren't the cheapest but if I couldn't get it anywhere else, they normally could.

Haven't used them for over a year now, mind.
