"The Stranglers supporting Lelia and the Snakes early inLlate 75/ 76 at the Nashville. I went with my uncle, very few in the bar but the support act (the stranglers) hit the stage and rocked. I remember Go Buddy Go and a very short Sewer. Dave looked very strange, Jet thumped away with glee and a very young JJ stood and looked angry Hugh sang with angst. From the set, Walk on By and Princess of the Street, Fun Fun Fun seems to ring a bell, but one thing that sticks to mind is Bitching" Carl Greenwold
"I bathed in sun and walked in rain
It taught me how to laugh again"
