Online sales DO count.

Just found this on the Official Charts Company's website:

"The Official UK Charts Company collects sales data from over 5,000 outlets that sell music product. This equates to 99% of the singles market and 95% of the albums market. Basically, short of some small newsagents and petrol stations, wherever you buy your music will count towards the chart.
By the way, yes, internet sales do count. Amazon.co.uk, hmv.co.uk, mvc.co.uk, 101cd.com, tower.com, streetsonline.co.uk, recordstore.co.uk, woolworths.co.uk currently contribute their sales data to the Official UK Charts. We are currently speaking to other 'Home Delivery' retailers about recruiting them to the chart panel too."

Link?

If that`s the case I`d put money on BTC being in the Top 40

Jim
Yeah, I'm with you Jim. Don't forget, the single is only being released in the UK, so all those bods overseas who ordered from Amazon/HMV are gonna count too!

What have you been hearing recently Jim?
If Dave was to use a Hammond L100 for just one more gig I'd die content.

You know things here and there.

Phil there some special software out there at the mo specifically designed to make avatars from vid files or vid capture - name escapes me now. Mind you know the Doc he`s probably captured the snaps one by one and turned them into a gif himself.

I have also heard 20 - provided it keeps selling like it is doing!
