Don't let Spooner see that you've put "Nuclear Power" on there his head will explode!

Never heard of 40% of those JJ trax. So I voted for I Lurve Nuclear Power because I thought it might wind up Sir Lord Barrence of Spoonersville.

Quite a good track that, heard it recently for the first time in years, thought it was hilarious.
Isn't Beryl Snooper a fan?
Just strap on your guitar and we'll play some rock 'n’ roll, and that

What tv programme was JJ Burnel on as a surprise guest when his Freddie Laker single was getting reviewed. I never seen it but was told that the panel were slagging the single off without realising JJ was hiding behind the screen. He climbed up scaffolding to get to them wearing some sort of mask then got torn into them. Any advances ?

I voted for Ozymandias but there are quite a few actually that are brill and up there. For me: Euroman and Le Whiskey. He's quite a star JJ isn't he. On the recent Mojo thread I mentioned a few tracks that I liked and most of them were JJ's.

I went for "Le Whiskey" as I loved all the different formats. The 12 incher of Le whiskey was awesome. You couldnt beat hearing it on my old Pioneer Turntable with good old fashioned separates.

I also had a soft spot for "Elle Assure", trouble was it was too short. What an amazing song. It took me years to snaffle my copy. As for "Girl from the snowcountry", Imagine what it would have been like if JJ had finished it.

Jeff - agreed. The Le Whiskey 12 inch is brill. Can't remember if I've got that on CD, must look. Elle Assure, yep awesome. Got that somewhere too.
