Relentless is by far my favourite track from Suite XVI, so I didn't vote the poll. Excellent album, anyway. Anything can happen, Summat, Spectre of love are other very good songs.

Looks like I'm one of the few 7% who chose Anything Can Happen. Well, it's lonely at the top...

Relentless, especially now as I've seen it played live.

UNBROKEN, While a bit mechanical, is OK. This is the only Strangs album I ever donated to a charity thrift.

As for I HATE YOU: Could anyone dream that they'd hear a jew's harp twanged on a Stranglers cut?

"Spectre Of Love" should have made the top 10 in the charts IMO but again lack of radioplay. I never heard it get played, did anyone here, hear it on the radio ? Great harmonies with the vocals and all instruments sounding good. Barbara reminds me of English towns for some reason. Could be Daves' keyboard runs. Overall a great album.
We are very excited to be here in A ------me----ri--- ca.

I think Janice Long on radio 2 played it a few times plus some other tracks from the album like Slipping Away and Unbroken. She really plugged the album which was cool. Spectre also got rave reviews on 6 Music's Steve Lamacq show but then never got played again on 6 Music as far as I know. Why 6 Music never played it again I'll never know.

Gave Suite 16 a listen the other week, I still really like the album. She's slipping away has been a song which I have really like really like the vocals on that one.

Relentless has been another song which I really like, I do think that its been overplayed though on the last few tours.

Seconded.

Summat Outanowt's the best track imo.
