Quite surprised that a lot of people (including myself) got into them around 83-87

..got a hit watching them on TOTP in the early days, but ashamedly didnt get Black & White as my first LP (I was only 11) - fortunatley a year later a more adventerous friend played it to me & that's when I 'got into them', even lost friends at school cos of defending them....around Bear Cage period..

I know someone who claimed to have seen them in er, 1974 (she must hav etravelled from Mangotsfield to Surrey, then)... bunny boiler! ;-)

I first heard Peaches and Go Buddy Go in early '77 when my big brother took the single home from college. I remember playing Rattus a lot that same year. I bought B&W on the day it came out. For some reason it took until 1979 before I bacame a 'glers fanatic.

My first live outing was at the Edinburgh Playhouse in July 1980.

I was into them as part of the punk scene but had only really heard grip, peaches,so buddy go.A friend of mine had the tape version of Rattus which eventually, begrudgingly he lent me and as many of you have said that was that,Completely hooked !.

First LP bought on day of release was The Raven

First gig was M/cr Apollo on the Raven tour.

Apparently I used to like Go Buddy Go when I was a baby, so nearly all my life!
Nah, I only got into them properly about five or six years ago or so, if I'm being honest.
