I count about 8 of them.

I think VIETNAMERICA could have fitted onto THE RAVEN if they had not come up with DONT BRING HARRY as the laidback track on the album..

At the time I thought Vietnamerica shoulda bin on the Raven... now I think not. It was a toss up between Since She Went Away and Instead Of This... in the end, I banked on Instead Of This because it would have done the 10 LP a whole lotta good, and resigned Man Of The Earth to it's b side status!

I have gone for Norman Normal, although it was a toss up betwen that and Top Secret.

Other contenders were Coffee Shop in place of Grand Canyon,
Cool Danny instead of Paradise Row,
Life's Too Short instead of Into The Fire,
Here and There instead of Laughing.

I think that's it...

First up - I don't always think that a song should be on an album instead of another - I think Since She Went Away and Vietnamerica should have been on an album at the times of production as well as others though . Vietnamerica is as good as many songs the band were producing at the time while SSWA could easily have got onto Dreamtime IMO .
All quiet ..........

I think coffee shop is the only stranglers song released ive never heard. Is it any good, anyone? I presume its sung by Paul Roberts?

For me the best ever B-side has to be Fools Rush Out. Always has been one of my favourites.

I quite like it. It is sung by Mr Roberts. But for the purpose of this poll I would have to go for 'Since She Went Away'.
