Tribute album..

On the 'stranglers links, thread - theres a ref to an american album of covers of strangs songs, by very unknown artists - has anyone got a copy - is it dire?

It is pretty chronic - Vietnamerica and Love 30 ain`t bad but the rest are erm.....shite!

Yeah it's a bit of a waste of time. Only one band has tried to do something new with the arrangement (and even that was mediocre). The rest are basically straight copies but vastly inferior to the real thing! Listened to it once.
