Hi.

Post by Yanders » 20 Feb 2018, 14:50

Hi,

Thanks for letting me join. I've recently become a little obsessed with the stranglers after being a bit too young the first time round.

I'm loving everything from before about 1984, and some of Hugh's stuff. But I can't get into the baz era - a bit too laddy for me. But maybe that will change, I seem to have a new favourite song ever, everyday, so it's only a matter of time until I get to the newer stuff.

I don't know if I can contribute anything of interest to the discussion, but I won't let that stop me.

The problem starts when you love everything 1974-1990 and all of Hugh's staff.

Doesn't stop most of us either!

You picked a good era to focus on. Most things post 1984 are a bit hmmmmmmmmm but I have a soft spot for 10. Which is not something that many would agree is a good idea!

I finally understand this post. :o

I thought that my username might be a type of barrier, or that you were trying to scare me away.

I guess you are all desperately finding ways to fill the "we need new stranglers LP" gap. :(
