I would rather see a new album...The idea of a Stranglers' Ballet just makes me laugh!!! :?

As I stated in the other Stranglers Ballet thread..... What a load of shite!
Money would be best invested in writing a MiB / Stranglers themed musical?
Why? Because everyones at it - And it pays off! Abba, spicegirls, queen etc.etc. Musicals appeal to fans of the band its based on, and work on a broader range of appeal to lovers of the stage & musicals?
Ballet??? Appeals to ??? Times/Guardian readers, ponces, and the wll off??

CANT SEE MANY HAIRY ARSED LATE 40-50 SOMETHING FANS GOING TO THE BALLET?

One for JJ`s ego, rather than pleasing the fans I think?

A musical? No ta. I've only ever seen three ballets in my life, one of them was Dracula and it was bloody (hohoho) really good.

It's their money, they can spend it any way they like as far as I'm concerned, and I don't care if that trio of abominations you listed have made money  .
'Peaches - A Chronicle of The Stranglers from 1974 to 1990', out 2014 on Soundcheck Books.

Think I'll go for a stroll in the trees.
