Re: GIGS,GIGS AND MORE GIGS!
I'll be averaging close to two gigs a week in November through to early December. Not had clashes in gig schedules in some time

Re: The Tube programme
I know there should be more on, with newer upcoming bands. I think that lays on YouTube and the internet more now and "session" videos. One example would be Deezer or QTV to name just a couple of many putting out videos of emerging bands playing live in a studio. Plenty of hits and exposu...

Re: Best music film you have seen

Re: Favourite Bass Guitar
I have a lovely little black Fender Musicmaster Bass that I bought off a lad in my unit when I was in the army. It's about 1976 and plays beautifully. It's much nicer than my Precision Bass. Musicmaasters are fantastic! I've coveted one for a while. I think Moulding of XTC played one on their early...

Re: Most Overated band ever.
It's quite trendy not to like the likes of U2, Coldplay, The Beatles, Roling Stones et al these days. Quite a lot of people slag 'em off because there all so big in the public eye and not really anything special and every time there's a slight bit of news on them the media jump all over it and brown...

Re: Redundancy.
Unlucky Burnie. I went through redundancy when working for the council, there's nothing nice about it. All the best. As Alan Partridge said "I'm sure you'll bounce back".

Re: Public Service Broadcasting 10th March 2013 - Wakefield
I went last night. At £6, pound for pound one of the best gigs I've been too, great live act and really interesting music. Glad I went at that price because if there's any justice these guys will do well and be selling out bigger venues at bigger prices. Watch this space
