Independence would not come into effect until the 24th March 2016. Which would ironically mean Scottish voters would be able to vote in the 2015 UK election.

A 22% swing shows an obvious momentum towards a 'Yes' vote and it looks like Scotland will vote 'Yes' a week on Thursday.
