I think Crass has misled you , the C Charge applies between 7.30am and 6pm (i think) and Knightsbridge ainit in it. To go from Shep's Bush to Knightsbridge is a bit of a pain... Crass's 30 minute estimate is optimistic.. why do you want to do it! Crass's route is shit, he's from Essex, I'm local......
