No... you need a bluray disc drive and something like this:

It's probably because the bonus discs are Blu Rays. So unless you have a BluRay drive they won't be read. And even if you did you'd likely need some proper software... if it is at all possible to rip bluray audio...

I don't think they're meant to be delicate and skilful, but out of the three band members who have played it I think John Ellis displays the most finesse. Not necessarily the best to hear though!...
