Re: Favourite track on The Gospel According To The Meninblac

Gotta be 4 Horsies. Complex, involving, clever, odd, tuneu, topped by Dave's delivery and his wonderful keyboard wanderings at the end - particularly live when it dissipates into that glacial tinkling as it drifts off like the mirage that the Four Horsemen are. Fantastic. Mind you, a beefy Rockstage...

Re: Best Hugh Cornwell solo album/side project - 2016 editio

Love Guilty - some really great tracks on there and the keyboard makes such a difference.....but I have to go for Nos. Such a wonderfully odd and inventive album of songs which grow on you as the years go by. You revel in the weirdness and find yourself doing strange deadpan Hugh looks in the window...

Re: New Tour - Setlist Spoilers

I take it this is still the main set. If so, big set.
Hope there are some surprises in the encores. Like they play them well. I sense the shadow of NMH and SBC....

Shah a Go a London

I'll be in London on Bizniz Feb 13-18. Anyone fancy a pint Tuesday 16th as I have a free-ish night. Maybe a couple 6.30-8.30ish, somewhere central. I'm staying in Charing Cross. Be nice to put some faces to the slander, sarcasm and badinage. And shake your hand and be nerdy about the MiB together. M...

I think it's relative.

Relative to ITN and WIR and CDG, AT was very good. I still enjoy 6/7 of the tracks when they shuffle around.

Relative to NC and S16, it's not very good.

Relative to B&W, Raven, MIB it's mundane drivel.
