Fairly good musically and OK vocally.

Lyrically nice in parts but questionable in others - need another listen. Big surprise that the track being played wasn't water.

Possibly some parts lost in translation, but possibly not - JJ always had a bit of a 'bitching' side about him. I'm not sure why they keep coming back to Lincoln but I am certainly pleased they are.

The crowds seem to be growing each year as they had the dreaded 'half wall' thing up the first time I'm sure. Last time seemed quite full.

I don't know if anyone heard, but Undertones bassist Michael Bradley has been diagnosed with bowel cancer, but he's on the mend according to a post (by him) on their message boards.

Their website has been re-designed as well, I think The Stranglers should have something like this made for them!

Didn't think much to the Cat, went up the rioad to a rough-looking pub, which wasn't anymore exciting.

I'll be there with a couple of mates. It will be only my second time seeing The Stranglers. Looking forward to it immensley.
